Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DIB ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant DIB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your submissions within the Service. Do not upload content you do not own the rights to.

4. Community rules

No nudity, hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or content that endangers minors. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Voting integrity

One vote per person per battle. Automated voting, bought votes, and duplicate accounts will result in disqualification.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
